Description:

In this course students will navigate the work area: the artboard, the scratch area, the toolbox, and the default set of floating palettes. In addition, students will work with basic shapes, including editing and painting. Students will learn to draw with precision using the pen tool as well as use the brush types to enhance their work. For those wanting to use type as a graphic element, this class will teach those skills. The art of blending, layering, and air brushing will also be taught. Time will also be given to demonstrating how combining Photoshop and Illustrator will enhance projects.
